How do I place an order?

Orders can be placed directly through our website. Simply select the product and quantity you need, add the items to your cart, and proceed through checkout.

Why do you have minimum order quantities?

Why is shipping based on the number of packs?

Shipping costs are heavily influenced by package size, weight, and international transportation costs. Our tiered system makes shipping more predictable while allowing customers to save by consolidating larger orders.

Can I save on shipping by ordering more at once?

Yes. In many cases, consolidating your purchase into a larger order provides a significantly better shipping cost per product. Our flat-rate tiers were designed specifically to reward consolidated orders.

How do I know which tubing I need?

Each product page includes specifications to help you select the appropriate tubing. If you are unsure which product is right for your application, contact us before ordering and our team can help.

Are products sold individually?

Most of our tubing products are sold in packs rather than individually. The pack quantity is listed clearly on each product page.

Why did your pack sizes and shipping structure change?

We have updated our packaging and shipping structure to make ordering more efficient and shipping costs more predictable. By consolidating products into larger pack quantities, we are able to reduce unnecessary packaging and handling while offering flat-rate shipping on qualifying orders. For customers who order regularly, this can significantly reduce the shipping cost per item.

Can products be reused?

Products designated for single use should not be reused.

Are your products kept in stock?

We work to maintain inventory of our commonly ordered products. Availability may vary based on order volume and production schedules.

What if the quantity I need isn't available online?

Contact us. Larger quantities may be available even when they are not shown through the standard online checkout.

Can I set up recurring orders?

Yes. If you order regularly, contact us about recurring or scheduled purchasing options. This can also help us anticipate your inventory needs.

What payment methods do you accept?

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. Major payment options may include credit and debit cards and other electronic payment methods.

Can I pay by purchase order, ACH, or wire transfer?

Alternative payment arrangements are available. Contact us before placing your order to discuss available options.

Will I receive an invoice or receipt?

Yes. Order confirmation and transaction documentation are provided electronically after your purchase.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us promptly and provide your order number along with photos of the damaged product and packaging. Our team will review the issue and help determine the appropriate resolution.

What if I receive the wrong product?

Contact us with your order number and a description or photo of the product received. We will review the order and work with you to correct the issue.

What if I have a product-quality concern?

Quality is extremely important to us. Please discontinue use of the affected product and contact our team with the product information, order number, lot information if available, and photos or details of the concern so we can investigate appropriately.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of certain sterile and specialty products, some items may not be eligible for return once opened. Please contact us before returning any product so we can confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

I have a question before ordering. Can someone help me?

Absolutely. We would rather help you select the correct product before you order. Contact our customer service team with the product you are considering and a brief description of what you need.

How quickly will you respond?

Our team strives to respond to customer inquiries as quickly as possible during normal business hours.

I'm placing a large order. Should I order online or contact you?

For larger-volume purchases, we recommend contacting us first. We may be able to help with product quantities, shipping consolidation, freight options, and volume pricing.
