We offer two convenient ways to purchase eligible products: one-time purchases and Subscribe & Save recurring orders.

One-Time Purchases

Customers may purchase eligible products as a standard one-time order.

With a one-time purchase:

• You are charged once at checkout

• No future orders are automatically created

• No recurring payments are scheduled

• You may return to the website and reorder whenever needed

One-time purchases are not eligible for the Subscribe & Save discount unless otherwise stated.

Subscribe & Save

Customers who regularly order the same products may choose our Subscribe & Save option on eligible items.

Subscription customers receive 5% off recurring subscription orders.

When starting a subscription, you may select:

• The number of packs you would like to receive

• Delivery every 1, 2, 3, or 4 weeks

Your selected products will continue to be ordered automatically according to your chosen schedule until the subscription is modified or canceled.

Automatic Recurring Payments

By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize us to automatically charge the payment method associated with your subscription each time a recurring order is processed.

Applicable shipping charges and taxes may also be charged with each recurring order.

Managing Your Subscription

You can manage your subscription through your customer account.

Available subscription management options may include:

• Changing your delivery frequency

• Changing your product quantity

• Skipping an upcoming order

• Pausing your subscription

• Updating your payment information

• Canceling your subscription

Any changes should be made before your next recurring order is processed.

Canceling a Subscription

Subscriptions may be canceled at any time.

Canceling your subscription will prevent future recurring orders from being created.

If an order has already been processed before the subscription is canceled, that order may still be fulfilled and shipped.

Canceling a subscription does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been processed.

Subscription Discount

Active subscriptions receive 5% off eligible subscription products.

The subscription discount applies only while the subscription remains active.

Subscription discounts may not be combined with certain additional promotions, coupons, or discounts unless otherwise stated.

Customers are responsible for reviewing:

• The product selected

• Pack size

• Quantity

• Series

• Components included

• Delivery frequency for subscription orders

Shipping

Both one-time and subscription orders follow our standard shipping process.

Our products ship directly from our facility in the Philippines.

Most orders arrive within approximately 5–10 business days. International transit times may vary depending on destination, customs processing, carrier conditions, holidays, and other circumstances outside of our control.

Tracking information will be provided when available.

Damaged Products

We stand behind our products and packaging.

If an item arrives damaged or broken during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible so our team can review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement.

We may request photographs or other information to document shipping damage.

Payment Issues

Orders must be successfully paid before they can be processed.

For subscriptions, if we are unable to successfully charge the payment method associated with your account, your recurring order may be delayed, skipped, or canceled until valid payment information is provided.

Pricing

Prices are displayed at the time of purchase and are subject to change.

Changes in product pricing will not affect orders that have already been successfully processed.

Recurring subscription pricing may change over time. When required, customers will be notified of applicable changes before future recurring charges are processed.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to make a change to an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, we may not be able to modify or cancel it.

Changes to a subscription do not automatically modify orders that have already been processed.

Product Use

Products sold through this website are intended for their stated laboratory, research, and water purification applications.

Customers are responsible for verifying product compatibility and suitability for their intended application before purchasing.

Products are not cleared or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for clinical, diagnostic, or therapeutic applications unless expressly stated otherwise.
